At Sharif Beauty, every product is handmade with love, using natural and organic ingredients that are kind to your skin, hair, and the earth.
Because we care deeply about hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Makeup items (lipsticks, eyeshadows, etc.)
- Skincare products (soaps, lotions, serums, etc.)
- Hair care products (shampoos, oils, treatments, etc.)
All sales are final.
We encourage you to review product details before purchasing. If you're unsure which product is right for you, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help guide you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at sazhir@sharifbeauty.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

PMU Service Policy – Sharif Beauty
At Sharif Beauty, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and precision for all permanent makeup (PMU) services. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking your appointment:
💳 Payments & Refunds
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or personal preference.
- Pricing already includes tax.
📅 Booking & Appointments
- Appointments can currently be booked directly by phone call or text.
- Please ensure you receive confirmation of your scheduled time.
⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.
- Late cancellations (less than 72 hours) or no-shows will result in the full payment being forfeited, and a new payment will be required to rebook.
👩⚕️ Service Expectations
- Permanent makeup is a multi-session process. Most clients will require a touch-up session for best results.
- Results will vary based on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle. Sharif Beauty does not guarantee specific outcomes.
❌ Refunds & Corrections
- There are no refunds once services are rendered.
- Corrections, adjustments, or touch-ups are considered separate services and will be charged accordingly.
⚠️ Client Eligibility
For your safety, PMU services cannot be performed if you are:
- Pregnant or nursing
- Under 18 years old
- Taking blood-thinning medications
- Have uncontrolled health conditions that may affect healing
