⭐ BROWS PMU – Q&A (Microblading, Ombre, Combo Brows)

1. What is Brow PMU?

Brow PMU is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances brow shape, color, and fullness using techniques like microblading, ombre shading, or a combination of both.

2. What’s the difference between Microblading, Ombre, and Combo Brows?

  • Microblading: Natural hair-like strokes
  • Ombre Brows: Soft powder makeup effect
  • Combo Brows: A mix of strokes + shading for a fuller look

3. How long do brow results last?

Typically 1–3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

4. Does it hurt?

Most clients feel mild discomfort, but numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure to keep you comfortable.

5. Am I a good candidate?

Good candidates: normal/dry skin.
Not ideal: extremely oily skin (better for Ombre), pregnant, breastfeeding, on blood thinners, or with active eczema/psoriasis.

6. What is brow healing like?

  • Days 1–2: Brows look darker
  • Days 3–7: Light flaking
  • Days 7–14: Color softens
  • Full healing: 4–6 weeks

7. When do I need a touch-up?

A 6–8 week touch-up is needed to perfect the brows and add more density if needed.

8. How should I prep before brow PMU?

  • No caffeine 24 hours before
  • No alcohol 48 hours before
  • No Retin-A or acids for 1 week
  • No Botox 2 weeks prior
  • Avoid tanning for 1 week

9. Will my brows look natural?

Yes. I custom-map your brows based on bone structure and choose a shade that matches your hair & skin tone.
